At Dragon's Mead Daylilys, our goal is to provide you with the best shopping experience and the best Daylily product. We realize that you may have questions, we hope you'll find your answer here.  If not, please contact us using the Contact Us link above.  

 

  • Is there a minimum order amount?
     Ordering / Shipping Information

          Shipping: Minimum Order $35.00 (excluding shipping fee)

          Priority Mail (2-3 days): $10.00 for first plant and $2.00 each additional plant

          UPS Second Day Air: $20.00 for first plant and $2.00 each additional plant

          UPS Next Day Air: $30.00 for first plant and $2.00 each additional plant

          Florida residents please add 7% sales tax.

  

  • When is the best time to order?

We can ship anytime you can plant however we prefer to ship March through October. We cannot guarantee shipment time and quality during winter months.

  

  • What carrier do you use to ship product?

We use USPS or UPS to ship your orders whichever you prefer. Please provide a physical address and as we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

  

  • What type of guarantee do your Daylilys carry?

All plants are guaranteed freshly dug and true to name. We will ship blooming size double fans or more of all plants unless noted in the price list. If we cannot do this we will refund your money. If upon arrival your order is not satisfactory, you may return them with labels intact for a full refund.  

  

  • Do you have rust in your garden?

         Our garden is inspected yearly by the State of Florida for not only rust but also for nemetodes. Our garden is          free of both and we have a spraying program in place to keep it that way.
